Fish

Salmon and mackerel, along with flaxseed and walnuts contain omega-3 essential fatty acids. These fats are necessary for oil production that keeps skin lubricated. They also help skin to be soft.

Water

It’s said 80% of the body is made of water. Although water is not a food source, it has a HUGE impact on the elasticity of the skin. It’s an essential nutrient. Dehydrated skin loses its elasticity.
